At Casa Alegría, small dogs are cared for like family in a calm, home-style environment designed specifically for comfort, safety, and personalized attention. Unlike traditional kennels, my guests share a peaceful tropical home with secure outdoor play areas, cozy indoor spaces, and plenty of one-on-one affection throughout the day.

Every detail is designed with small dogs in mind — from separate play and potty spaces to dedicated bathing, lounge, and outdoor kitchen areas. Dogs sleep indoors in the bedroom, never isolated, and are never left alone for extended periods. Multiple indoor rooms and quiet private areas allow each guest to relax comfortably at their own pace, whether they are social, shy, elderly, or simply need extra calm and reassurance.

I welcome special dietary and medical needs and understand that every dog has their own routines, sensitivities, and personality. Optional walks, grooming, daycare, and training support are available to create a stay tailored to each guest.

A special part of Casa Alegría is my resident pack of friendly little dogs who help new guests settle in, learn the routine, and feel safe and included. Their calm, social energy often helps nervous or first-time boarders adjust naturally to their temporary home away from home.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, Casa Alegría is exclusively for small dogs. All guests are vaccinated, crate trained, and carefully screened to maintain a peaceful, secure environment where dogs can truly feel at home.

Long-term stays and regular daycare packages are also available for local families and extended travelers.
